  1. PETTIFOGGERS-Definitely a first time offender process crime that was initiated from a bogus investigation. Now compounded with the strong arm tactics of the procecuters & the illegal biased from Jury through to procecuters and judge.

  2. So hilarious to see fox Nd friends talk so much abt ethics, decency Nd transparency in govt….always applicable to every other person except trump Nd the corrupt republicans.. why don’t they ask trump the definition of ethics, integrity ,decency and to show transparency in his administration 😂😂 where are his tax returns Nd where r the impeachment evidentiary documents… why does he Nd his cronies stonewall every investigation looking for the truth of their actions…?

  3. Prick chump criminal fraudsters team of Crooks an shyster lawyers
stone should be in prison for 15 year's with chump an the Thug's Republicans !
lawlessness an God less bunch of scheming thieving bastard's !

  4. Haha the Dirt doesn't like the dirty game that they have been playing. Type Justice department worked for the people.

  5. What an appalling abuse of Judicial Authority, for a Judge to look the other way, while the Prosecution would allow such a bias Jury Foreperson to prevail. And bearing in mind that if is wasn't for the anti-Trump coup circus, Stone would have never been targeted in an attempt to use him as a means to turn the public against the President, in the first place. 'Stinky' is not a descriptive enough word for such corruption.

  6. Just goes to prove beyond a shadow of any doubt just how corrupt the so-called "justice" department and Barr and Wray and all of them really are. They're beyond redemption, and shameless as the day is long. They're the ones who should be behind bars.

  7. Alex Jones, as usual, had it right at the start of the trial during jury selection. That alone should be investigated. Big time!

  8. Trump needs to get as many more judges appointed as he can, particularly supreme court variety, and not give the conspirators any more bogus ammunition to waste his valuable time, or tarnish his relatively unblemished record. He need only make it seven more months.

  9. Was that the real judge Napolitano? or a look alike, a never Trumper defending President Donald, it's good to see but don't expect any more of this or someone at Fox is going to have to sneak behind the judge and take off his mask.

  10. ➗♦️➗♦️➗♦️➗♦️➗♦️➗♦️
    Hay
    Where's Glassy Ford ?🔺
    Judge Jackson is a leftist
    Who hates president Trump

  11. I suspect the President will allow the judge to proceed to sentencing and allow her to demonstrate how utterly complicit she is in the injustice, despite the documentation of the Jury foreperson's conspicuous bias throughout the process. Then Pardon, and more…

  12. The people of the United States watched the Republican senators vote to acquit Trump, yet protest the unfairness of Stone's trial? How about if we do the Senate trial again?

  13. The federal judge was Barry appointed and denied family victims of Benghazi a case against Hillary. Did the case not have merit on its grounds? Was the jury with Roger Stone tainted? Last one we know yes.
Why was CNN so quick to get that juror? How did they know to be at Roger Stones house before he or his lawyers knew? Do you really now think the prosecutors and judge were oblivious to the head juror who still on her free time talked of things related to case? And with the planned walk out. It's hard to believe its coincidence. Especially with the Mueller team having only Hillary donors. SWAMP.
And hold up on info related to these cases, Benghazi, Seth Rich…All held up by Obama and Eric Holder appointees. Coincidence…solely them. How are they in charge of each of these cases?

  14. Napolitano says @1:47 that Stone's conviction is not yet final b/c Judge Jackson has not signed the sentencing papers. Then, @ 2:23, he says that Judge Jackson continues to forbid Stone from speaking, even though he's already been convicted. So, Nap – is Stone convicted or not? @2:35, he cites the 1st Amendment: "Congress shall make no law …". Judge Jackson isn't passing a law. She's not Congress. If Stone's not convicted, she has jurisdiction over him.

  15. Deep State hack Napolitano thinks Trump should pardon Stone. Then they will claim that he's abusing his power. He needs to wait until Stone's appeal is finished, because he may not need to pardon him at all.

  16. Roger will be pardoned after the conviction and sentence to jail. That way Roger will never serve his sentence. The judge is bias and is a member of the deep state

  17. Kinda like republicans saying trump was innocent before hearing any information on the impeachment oh the hypocrisy never cease to amaze me, and before anyone says anything about democrats they are just as corrupt but if you can not see how corrupt trump is your blind or don't care

  18. Fairly!? He didn’t get enough time. people who have Committed far less crimes have gotten far longer times. if u want a pardon u just have to 💋 the WH’s current resident. Blue. Vote. Blue. Vote. Blue

  19. Napolitano is absolutely correct. A new trial or a pardon… both would be exceptable to Roger Stone. The Judge in this case has put a black mark on her record and that juror should have never been there in the first place!

  20. 99% of the fuckwits here would pay to go to Trump's coronation…whereas I would pay to attend his cremation and shout "You're fired"!

  21. I know what PORTUS is going to do,- exonerate his best mate from any 'wrongdoing', – that's what pals are for, isn't it?

  22. I would ignore the gag order, because even the president (trump) can't silence freedom of speech. It's already set in stone, no pun intended. It's called the constitution. So a weak judge definitely can't. The constitution trumps, the president, senators, governor's, mayor's, and law enforcement. Denying people's constitutional rights is a federal crime.

  23. $1000 cash bet that trumps underling Stone will be pardoned before he ever spends 1 night in jail. Mob boss Donnie dim wits will protect his crooked underlings at all cost.

  24. Napolitano, you held yourself out to be a law and order advocate. When did Hannity take you to the toilet to give you a real spanking to get you in line with the Fox mantra of protecting Trump. Your are so stupid, in jury selection, both sides have the opportunity to interrogate the jurors and to now claim that the judge should do the interrogation is nonsense. Like they say, everything Trump touches dies and you have died with it.

  25. PRAYING JESUS, HELP US RECEIVE YOUR COMPLETED GREAT WORKS, WISDOM AND WONDERS YOU HAVE PLANNED AND PURPOSED IN OUR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIVES,,, JESUS HELP US TAKE YOU OFF THE POTTERS WHEEL AND STOP TRYING TO MAKE YOU THE GOD WE WANT,,, JESUS PLACE US ON THE ''POTTERS-WHEEL'' AND ALLOW YOU TO-SHAPE AND RE-SHAPE AND MAKE US THE VESSEL YOU HAVE INTENDED US TO BE, TO POUR INTO, TO FILL-TO OVERFLOW,,, JESUS TEACH US TO POUR OUT, ''RIGHT WHERE WE ARE'' YOUR BLOOD AND WATER THAT WILL HEAL ALL WOUNDS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN,,, JESUS ''IT SEEMS'' YOUR BLOOD AND WATER IS YOUR LOVE, YOUR FORGIVENESS, AND YOUR PRAYERS, HELP US BE YOUR ''VESSEL/SHIP'' OF SON-SHIP, FRIEND-SHIP, AND FELLOW-SHIP,,, JESUS WE RECEIVE YOUR ''PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL REVIVAL'',,, I AMen

  26. What the "F" is going on with our country when a judge can actually and I assuming legally place a gag order on an American citizen after the sentencing of a trial. The last thing any sane American would be willing to accept is the abolishing of the 2nd Amendment.

  27. The whole gop was bias in impeachment then…let's have a new impeachment trial….is the forepersons oath the only one that matters?

  28. This is funny as many black men got railroaded for being black by the Justice system and Stone stands out as being railroaded this is funny 😄

  29. Woo! Woo! All aboard! The Democrat train is now leaving the station and will be looking for someone new to railroad! Woo! Wooooo!

  30. You sir are an effing idiot. let's just let everyone out of jail and have no laws. let everyone do what they want. Another one of trumps bitches.

  31. Napolitano hmm so you said this or you just wake from predicting false against Trump, You just make sense for the first time on Trump side

  32. "Judge" Napolitano is a KING SIZE RAT. Like his friend, Scaramucci, who was booted out by Trump.
I wont take Nap's word about anything Trump.
They need to know that the people voted Trump into office NOT Nap/ Scar/ Bolton/ etc

  33. Nappy is wrong. A pardon is an assertion that the the person really was guilty of the crime. I'm not saying that Stone is not guilty of some crime. I am saying that Stone is not guilty of the crime he was charged with and convicted of by a crooked FBI, a crooked Court system, Crooked Federal US Attorneys and Prosecutors, a Crooked Judge and a rigged Jury headed up by a crooked Democrat Liar, Trump hater Lawyer who was appointed as the Jury Foreman, ALL of whom should be disbarred and charged with the crimes they are guilty of, which are Sedition and Treason, because the whole Roger Stone prosecution was a result of "fruit of the poison tree" of the Russia Hoax, which was an obvious conspiracy engaged in by HUNDREDS of Democrats in a treasonous attempt to unseat and remove a duly elected President. Only the prosecution and conviction of those people for treason can fairly undo this mess, because that is what it will take to completely exonerate Stone based on the FACT that the basis of charges against him is all "fruit of the poison tree" in legal jargon.

  34. Roger Stone has Brass balls to not make up some bs story to lower his sentence. A true American Patriot, God Bless Roger Stone

  35. I can't stand Napolitano. Has proved himself in past couple of years to be a Rino/Never Tr umper. Seems to be back-peddling a bit now, but doesn't convince me.

  36. No…. CAN'T PARDON STONE…. let the system do it, this Judge has set the stage for the rest of the deep state criminal prosecution's…Our President know's exactly what he's doing look between the lines am i the only one that see's this…there will be appeals to the 9th circuit court some might even go to the supreme court so its not a cut and dry as every one wants it to be so Barr has to make sure its done right in prosecuting the deep state and no weaknesses before any of this goes before the Grand Jury

  37. OH bull, this jury did an extended job of reviewing the evidence because of her efforts and knowledge as a lawyer. Juror # three has publicly stated that she led indepth analysis of each factor trying out alternative scenarios for each charge which didn't show the slightest possibility of holding water. He said they would have reached the same verdict…but much faster. And now we see Nepolitono openly pitching for trump to 'pardon' him. He's just pitching to keep his own job after he and Shep Smith openly took on Hanity for his lies and nonsense. I'm disappointed in Andrew. But paychecks are a strong incentive…truth too often takes a back seat, especially at Faux news' 24/7 propaganda machine where the spin is a foregone conclusion to further a blatant right wing narrative, regardless of cost to democracy. When truth dies, democracy dies.

  38. If only Charles Manson could kept going a few years more! I think Trump would have surely given him a pardon! Someone Trump could relate to and he knows he would have pissed off liberals!

  39. Wait, the Judge was dirty. Why should she be the one to fix this? This was all out in the open when the juror was chosen. The defense did complain. This wasn't the only juror that was dirty either. One had ties to the Mueller probe and the Judge griped that independent media outed it.

  40. The Judge is right. The best President in my life time should pardon Rodger Stone. I voted for President Trump knowing he was better than Hillary Clinton hoping he would be a great president. He has lived through assassination attempts every day by MSNBC and CNN and has gotten more for our country then I could have ever imagined. Go Trump.

  41. Does fox news have staff that write such stupid responses or are these posts writen by real people? If so, your insane. Clinton crime family. For real? Did they buy another pizza parlor?
