WHILE THE LOCAL BOY SCOUT COUNCILS ARE NOT FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY, THE NATIONAL ORGANIZATION SAYS IT INTENDS TO USE THE CHAPTER 11 PROCESS TO NOT ONLY CREATIVE VICTIMS COMPENSATION TRUST, BUT CONTINUE TO OPERATE AS NORMAL.
