And which is the Right Against Exploitation Under this title there are just two articles, here in referred to as law number 23 and law number 24. so let’s know more about it humans are trafficked for various reasons, women are trafficked mainly for prostitution, at other times for slavery, people are kidnapped, and they are forced to do labour. therefore, the law number 23, bans human trafficking in its any and all forms, also forced labour along with. This has been happening, kids, mostly girls are kidnapped, and trafficked for labour, kept secretly within houses and forced to perform menial labour. On this, our law totally puts a ban, and this would be considered illegal through law number 23. No human would be trafficked, now should any human be forced to work. Now, law number 24, our country was suffering from a very disgusting disease, a lot of innocent children of India, firstly they were deprived of education, and secondly they were put to forced labour at factories.
