That legal definition is prone to reveal two interpretations on any subject as a Judge you will always interpret the outcome to reflect your views. Don't be fooled that all Judges are Impartial. The justice system needs reform I agree with a large majority of Americans it has been set up for total power and does not matter if you’re guilty or innocent just need a warm body to blame I say get rid of the government and run it ourselves I would rather vote every three to six months and eliminate all the politicians you can not have corruption if they are not there

Obama has lined our courts with leftist/activist judges that possess his same sick ideals. These judges have NO place in our judicial system.   36. What they need to do is put, not a term limit, but an age limit on supreme court nomonations. Not that I'm trying to criticize those on the bench, but because of health issues. Really, to have judges in teir 80s is absurd, both for the country and for them as well. They should be enjoying the last years of their life, let someone else step in.

AND, the 9th Circuit is NOT the one that has the most reversals, in fact it’s not even second. But what do you care what the facts are?     By our laws & international treaties, we MUST give due process to asylum seekers, & they can apply for asylum anywhere in America, not just through ports of entry. If Trump wants to change the laws & treaties, he MUST seek the Dems help, the very people he demonizes on any given day. It’s bipartisanship or buh bye. United we stand, divided the Dems electorally kick the rest of the GOP to the curb. Don’t believe me? Just look at the Orange County GOP.   44. Although I don't agree with the comments made, Trump crossed the line because he himself is under a number of investigations, including at the state level. The Trump administration should focus on sound legislation as opposed to reinterpreting existing legislation.

    The challenge for all of us is Trump and is true motivation for attacking the judiciary.

    In Trump's world, he never gets a fair trial so if I wasn't so suspicious, he is laying the groundwork for when he or his family members eventually gets charged. Trump plays the victim card too often!

  74. Fox News State TV at it again. Trump isn't the first to criticize the Supreme Court but he is the first President to act like the President should own the Supreme Court. Trump has no respect for the division powers of the constitution and acts like the courts should do what he wants. There is a difference between criticizing the courts and saying that the courts should whatever the President believes in. We don't live in a dictatorship where the executive can simply dictate what the other branches of government can do and say. It's inexcusable to support someone like this and all Trump supporters should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

  76. Whenever legislation is taken to court on Constitutional grounds the losing side will claim political bias. All Presidents, Republican and Democrat, have been pissed off by court decisions. Trump is unusual in attacking individual judges. The case that obama was complaining about, Citizens United, is the one that opened up the floodgates to unlimited corporate donations to politicians and he was right: it has poisoned American politics and put politicians on both side in pockets of big companies..
