Upskirt Pics Are A Constitutional Right Says Defendant

September 19, 2019

back in 2010 police caught someone by
the name of Michael Roberts saying it taking upskirt pictures of women in public and
as a result he will stand trial in the faces more than two years in prison if he is convicted however he is arguing
and so is his female lawyer that it is constitutional right to take
upskirt pictures and if women are in public wearing skirts or dresses well they have no reasonable expectation
of privacy so people can do whatever the hell they
want up what did you go in public or did you not
going public do you exist there do not exist well if you’re in public I will n you exist I mean obviously have
a right to look up your skirt a low unbelievable now as I mentioned the attorney for this guy is Michelle
men can she is a woman and Press that Michelle market but right
and I can just imagine Michelle market like
yeah relation were scurred anyways cake yeah putting certain about obviously I’m so Megan told the justices that
peeping tom laws protect women and men from being photographed in dressing
rooms and bathrooms who are nude or partially
nude however the way the law’s written right
now it does not protect close people in public areas you shamelessly include
your women he inviting others to own include them
what is this guy for any black saying since your clothes I have a
right to take pictures over your coochie how’s
that for lunch okay another another argument that this a terrible defense attorney is making
and I get it defense attorneys are supposed to do stuff like this but yeah
what men you’re a woman do not wear skirt time to
time okay does that mean anyone can just approach you in a public
space while wearing a skirt and by Lee you like that know what’s awesome way Roddick is that
if she wins the case her the client can immediately get on
the table a picture of her skirt what no
reasonable expectation your were you in public or non-public
did you win the case really no immediate II despises woman anyway out another are
similar I get I still despise RR another
argument that she’s making is up that well in all the pictures that he
has taken the women were smart enough to wear
underwear you don’t actually see they’re exposed vagina you just see their underwear therefore
it’s not a big deal at all only what it was a picture like that have you
know possible only in and see how you feel about it right well to be fair to her James
Madison did write about this in Article three people don’t talk about it often
but Missy he said if EU are if was good for if thou why is the Bible
if thou where is the skirt but you’re rich I know your BJJ is closed the other about bigger picture
up your skirt yet another customers are right into the
computer people you know up their skirt that’s crazy
talk so look it now on 4c not all
jurisdictions have mated illegal yet you know it depends on where
you live and there’s different laws in regard to
the to that and yes they should hurry up and pass laws against it and those laws are perfectly
constitutional I just I the thing that bothers me the most
about this is I know I know they’re going to be
people who what to agree with this guy like people
were left and it’s not like oh one or two people isolated incidents
like what no there are lots of people out there that will say like yeah totally this is why what’s the big deal
Libya Syria breakdown in in order if we allow stuff like this
that other corners okie biggest thing about a man okay
alright so you’re guy you want a quick heads up grocer okay I okay so what if there were a gay guys who want a picture here not
sack right and your shorts you’re in public great n
he’s %uh you’re on the subway you’re sitting down
right and a guy comes up right up between your legs so taking pictures right no reasonable
expectation Friday you Earnhardt Sr you’re in public we where it was your nutsack Republic
there was an A wealthy okay and hey look is that touching you
he just kneeling down writer for your crotch taking pictures /a what’s the problem believe me this could
be a breakdown in order mad katonah are you guy we gotta every
constitutional means necessary to prevent that kinda crazy

  1. As creepy and perverse as this practice is I am actually not convinced it is "natually" illegal. States should be making laws to define it as such but it isn't illegal to photograph people in public and the implication of TYT seems to be that "angle" is the difference between lawful & illegal even if there is not a law on the books spelling it out explicitely.

Or the next case will be, "that skycam shot my cleavage, arrest them." Or perhaps a very likely case will be, "he took a photo of me in my bikini, arrest him."  What are these standards of privacy? Define them so prosecution is simple.

Upskirt absolutely should be illegal, but it needs to be done proper, in writing. We are a nation of laws, NOT "oh, you should just know better."

  2. Wow… The guy actually has a legal point.. There needs to be a law to patch this fast because it's scary that he has a legal point.

  3. If the women were adults, and if the the man could see up the women's skirts from a proper distant, without invading their personal space, and he took a picture of it, then he's in the "right".  Morally, he's wrong for doing so; women/men should not fear having their private area's photoed by anyone without their consent, but if your exposing them in public, then your private area's then become "public" also.  If you can see it with the naked eye(in public) you have the right to take pictures of it, as long as your not invading the woman's(or man's) personal space.  If he didn't lift the skirts, put himself or his camera under their skirts, then by law he did nothing wrong.
This is a necessary evil we must deal with, because if we make one change then more will follow.
Say we change the laws so that people cannot take pictures of exposed private areas in public, and an innocent man takes a photo of his family in public, and post it on facebook, but in the background a woman in a skirt accidentally exposes her underwear.  This woman can sue that man, have him arrested and this will happen many more times, until we are forced to make more changes, due to this sue happy society we have.
Next, they will ban anyone being photographed in public without their consent, then say a similar situation happens again, but the man went to a more private area to take the photo, but someone passed by without him noticing.  We'll have a ton more suing until we change the laws again.
We will eventually have it where it will just be illegal to have a camera exposed in public, which mean no more photographing and filming police, no more public family photos, etc.
So if you wish to wear a skirt/dress in public and do not wish to have upskirt photos taken of you, be careful.  Bend down instead of bending over, be careful walking up stairs, cross your legs while sitting, etc(if you don't care about having upskirt shots being taken of you, feel free to do what you want).  Their are perverted men and women out their, and as long as they don't cross any legal lines, there isn't much we can do about the actions they take, without changing the actions we take.

  4. makes sense; your wearing clothes and out in public, its your own fault for wearing reveling clothes in the first place, might as well bare your breasts through holes you cut out and cry when people see them, constitutional right tho? almost almost as much of a jackass as these 2 twats

  5. The guy did nothing wrong. Its illegal to take a picture of someone in public? No. End of story. You want to legislate at what angle someone is being photographed? Whats next, no portraits of women with partially exposed boobs? Where is Jayar on this story, he needs to regulate your weak asses.

  6. If a guy's balls are hanging out of his shorts, it's exposing oneself, which is ILLEGAL!  Besides, if someone, gay or straight, wants to photograph my scrot, go for it.  Cenk and Ana, stop acting like colossal douches.

  7. I'd say the defense attorney is doing her job very well. I doubt she endorses upskirt pics, but she sets that aside and does her best to give the man a fair trial. Wheter or not there should be a law against it has no bearing on this case, if it isn't illegal in the state he is in, he shouldn't be convicted.

  8. If he wins I wouldn't be surprised in the least considering the recent spate of bullshit decisions handed down from the benches of Americas courts as of late.

  9. This is the first time I wholeheartedly disagree with one of the TYT videos I've seen. If you think about it they're talking about outlawing taking pictures from specific angles… Aren't they usually arguing for less ridiculous laws and that they don't want to live in a police state; what's next outlawing eavesdropping? I'm also not a big fan of privacy in general as it's only good for protecting people afraid of reprisal or prejudice (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) and criminals.
Obviously if he is doing something to make it visible, like moving the skirt, that's some kind of harassment.

  10. isn't there a law that says you don't have the right to take a picture of someone w/o consent (especially in this case)

  11. I think if women don't want people taking degrading pics of them, then they shouldn't wear cloths that exposes themselves…when they wear cloths that are very revealing that tells me they want to expose themselves…

  13. This is a Natural Consequence of "Sexual Harassment is whatever the Woman says it is."

The best way for guys to keep their sanity is to have as little contact with women as is absolutely necessary. This is especially true for trying to deal with Today's Young Women (TYW). As a photographer said in an erstwhile episode of Law & Order "It's like looking into the eyes of a goat. There's nothing there." They're so busy texting people in the same room with them that they can't even carry on a face-to-face conversation.

Life is a GIft. But Living is a Series of Cost/Benefit Analyses. As it pertains to TYW, don't even bother!

    MGTOW Forever!

  14. How could anyone defend taking upskirt photos without permission? I mean, for fucks sake, yes that is a violation of privacy. It's different if someone where to take a picture of someone than if they were to take a picture up their clothes.

  15. I wonder if this idiot's flawed logic applies to female children wearing skirts too! Men like him may think that, "If I can take pictures up adult female's skirts, maybe I can take pictures up female children's skirts too!" Disgusting behavior!

  16. Try…I never wear skirts but I do wear long dresses- TRY to get near me..women need to start clocking these idiots.
